SNL faux-censorship: A follow-up

Well it seems that NBC is going to finally release the “forbidden skit”, albeit edited.

The official reason for the sudden pull-out of the sketch is a C-SPAN banner on the bottom of the screen (cf my previous post) with the caption: “People who should be shot” (referring to the Sandlers).
“On-air death threats” obviously being not welcomed…

The skit was edited a bit and will be put back online in the next few hours.

Isn’t that still censorship though?
