Returning to WonderCon this Sunday — with an awesome panel

What has four thumbs and is back at WonderCon? Paper Team!

That’s right, for the second year in a row, we’re at the con with a brand new fancy panel!

Reimagined for TV: Writing shows based on popular IP
From books, to comics and movies, it seems that all your favorite TV shows are adaptations of existing properties. But writing a fresh story within well-known worlds poses its own set of challenges.
How can writers stay true to established material while putting their own spin on it? Why do certain properties make for great TV?
From writers to producers and executives, Alex Freedman & Nick Watson bring an all-star panel of people who work on your favorite TV series to discuss adapting IPs to the small screen.

We have some amazing guests lined up, including:
Altered Carbon‘s Michael R. Perry
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow‘s Ray Utarnachitt
The Flash‘s Kai Yu Wu
Riverdale‘s Britta Lundin
– Hasbro’s Colleen McAllister

You know you want to attend.

The panel will be held Sunday, March 25 at 1:00PM in Room 209.
Add it to your own WonderCon Sched now!

So if you’re at WonderCon this week-end, you should drop in.
And feel free to come say hi if you bump into me before/after the panel.

I’ll be chronicling my adventures like every year on @TVCalling, so you can stalk me there too.

Write on.
