A couple of thoughts:
– Rorschach’s voice sucks. This is Batman all over again.
– Manhattan’s voice sucks.
And I’m pretty sure I saw what replaces the squid, or at least what happens you-know-when.

I’m going to have to agree with you on the voices there man.
I was expecting Manhattan’s voice to be deeper….more powerful…
